All servers are controlled by the client from a single interface login. You are able to upgrade/downgrade, signup and monitor your server on the fly without any interaction from us! This puts you in complete control over your service. Everything is automated.
All servers are unmanaged, however managed services can be added on. We spend most of our time upgrading and maintaining the network.
We use XEN virtualization, no OpenVZ - you get the resources you're allocated!
